4 garlic cloves, chopped

400 g of GALLO noodles No. 1 or GALLO fideuá

250 g of prawns, peeled

400 g of squid or baby squid, chopped in bite-sized pieces

750 ml of fish stock

Olive oil


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Step 2

Place the noodles on an oven-safe tray, coat them with oil and bake them at 180ºC until golden in colour, stirring often.

Step 3

Heat up the fish stock.

Step 4

Add the squid pieces to the paella pan with some olive oil and sauté over medium heat until golden. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute (garlic should not get golden).

Step 5

Add the toasted noodles to the pan and mix well. Next, pour the fish stock and salt to taste.

Step 6

When it starts boiling, add the prawns and place the pan in the hot oven at 180ºC until the noodles are dry and cooked.

Step 7

Make a little opening with a spoon to check that the bottom of the fideuá is dry.
