500 g of GALLO tallarines
1 rabbit, chopped in small pieces

In a casserole dish, a clay one if possible, add a little oil and when hot, add the already cleaned and dried rabbit.
Let it get golden over a low heat.
Next, add the noodles and stir well. Add hot water and stir often so it does not stick to the bottom of the casserole dish. Add a little more warm water, if necessary.
A few minutes before removing from the heat, add a teaspoon of oregano.
Serve hot in the same casserole dish, if it is made of clay.
