BIO noodles

with clams



300 g of GALLO noodles

300 g of fresh or defrosted clams

250 ml of white wine

3 garlic cloves, chopped

1 teaspoon of paprika

Parsley and basil, chopped

Olive oil

Salt and pepper


Step 1

Cook the pasta in abundant water with salt until al dente.

Step 2

Meanwhile in a pan, sauté the garlic with olive oil and add the clams, paprika and wine. Cover and let cook for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add the pasta to the pan with the clams and sauté. Add the chopped parsley and basil.

Step 4

Season to taste and serve.
