GALLO Gluten-free noodles
Chop the onions and peppers.
In a casserole dish, cook the diced squid until golden and then add the vegetables and cook them over a low heat.
Once the onion and peppers are cooked, add the tomato and sauté with white wine.
Once this is done, add the noodles and sauté. Season.
Cover the fish fumet and let it simmer and add more stock if necessary.
When there are only 3 minutes left, add the clams, prawns and mussels. When the noodles are cooked, let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
