1 package of Our Flavours with mushrooms
100 g of bechamel sauce
150 ml of milk
125 g of parmesan cheese
Pour the bechamel and milk into a pot and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Add salt and nutmeg to taste.
Spread a little bechamel at the bottom of a small oven tray, add a layer of the filled pasta, then another one of bechamel and so on until you run out of pasta.
The last layer must be bechamel. Top with grated cheese and bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
