Our flavours of Manchego cheese

with roasted cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

2 packages of Our flavours filled with Manchego cheese

400 g of cherry tomatoes of different colours

Fresh basil

Dried oregano

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven at 180ºC. Mix the tomatoes with a few fresh basil leaves, vinegar, salt and a little olive oil. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until they have a soft texture. Let cool.

Step 2

Boil the pasta for a couple of minutes. Remove gently with a slotted spoon and place in a colander.

Step 3

Plate the pasta and add the tomatoes with their oil on top. Decorate with a few fresh basil leaves.
