1 package of Gallo Lasagne “oven ready” sheets
2 jars of Gallo Super Bolognese sauce
2 jars of Gallo Homemade Recipe Tomato Sauce
100 g of cured goat’s cheese or parmesan
100 g of fresh mozzarella | 200 g of ricotta cheese
Butter or olive oil to grease the tray
Grease a rectangular oven-safe tray with oil or butter. Pour a layer of tomato sauce at the bottom. Add a layer of lasagne sheets hydrated following the package instructions.
Cover with a layer of Super Bolognese sauce. Add a little ricotta and parmesan cheese. Add another layer of lasagne sheets, then some more Super Bolognese sauce and ricotta and parmesan cheese on top.
Finish with a final layer of lasagne sheets, tomato sauce and a little mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Grill in the oven for 8 minutes at 220ºC.
