Gnocchi with cream

and bacon



450 g of GALLO potato gnocchi

150 g of bacon

1 onion (1 g/piece)

200 ml (0.8 g) of liquid cooking cream, 18% fat

1 egg yolk (20 g/piece)

45 g of parmesan cheese, grated

A dash of oregano

A pinch of nutmeg

A pinch of salt


Step 1

Make sure you have the gnocchi, grated cheese and chopped bacon.

Step 2

Sauté the onion and when golden, add the bacon.

Step 3

Next, when the onion and bacon are golden add the cream and cheese and create a sauce with all the ingredients.

Step 4

Cook the gnocchi previously in abundant water with a pinch of salt. Serve them with the cream and bacon sauce and top with a little oregano and nutmeg.
