Ingredients

400 g of GALLO macarrones No. 6

6 tablespoons of olive oil

1/4 of an onion

600 g of green beans

Basil

Salt

2 tablespoons of wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the pasta following the instructions on the pack, strain and cool.

Step 2

Chop the green beans and boil them in abundant water with salt. Set aside.

Step 3

Make the vinaigrette by adding one tablespoon of vinegar for every four of oil and some basil.

Step 4

Season and add the cooked onion pieces.

Step 5

Mix all the ingredients well and dress them with the vinaigrette.

Step 6

You can add some pine nuts before serving.
