140 g of pistachios, peeled
200 g of sugar
145 g of butter, soft
60 ml of milk
½ teaspoon of baking powder (Royal)
A dash of salt
115 g of GALLO cake flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla
200 g of cream cheese
100 g of butter, soft
50 g icing sugar
Preheat the oven to 160ºC
In a food processor add the pistachios and sugar and blend until you get a fine flour-like texture.
Add the diced soft butter and mix until you get a creamy paste.
Add the eggs one at a time into the food processor, add milk and vanilla.
Finally, add the flour and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased mould dusted with flour and bake for 50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the centre.
