150 g of coconut sugar

100 g of coconut oil

1 egg

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

180 g of GALLO multi-grain flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

½ teaspoon of salt

50 g of bitter chocolate chips


Step 1

In a bowl, mix the sugar and coconut oil. Let this rest for a few minutes and add the egg and vanilla extract.

Step 2

Mix well.

Step 3

Mix the flour with the baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. Mix everything until you get a dough.

Step 4

Make little balls and let them rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Step 5

Place on an oven-safe tray leaving enough room between them and bake at 180ºC for 10-12 minutes.
