Chicken soup with ginger

lemon and No. 0 Noodles



150 g of No. 0 Noodles

1 l of vegetable broth

1 lemon and 1 teaspoon of ginger, freshly grated

Half a carrot

A pinch of pepper

100 g of chicken (preferably breast)


Step 1

Peel and chop the carrot into small cubes.

Step 2

Peel the ginger and grate it finely. Grate a little lemon.

Step 3

Slice the chicken breast into small bits. Macerate the chicken in the lemon juice mixed with the grated ginger.

Step 4

Boil the broth, then add the macerated chicken with its juice and the carrot. Let it boil for 15-20 minutes.

Step 5

Add the No. 0 noodles and cook for 4 more minutes. Remove from the heat and finish off the dish with some lemon zest.
