Ingredients

Gallo tulipanes

Artichoke hearts

Lamb’s lettuce

Mayonnaise

Lime

Cucumber

Salt

Oil

Vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the pasta in abundant boiling water with a pinch of salt.

Step 2

Cut the artichoke hearts in half. Slice the cucumber lengthwise and then slice it in half circles.

Step 3

Mix the mayonnaise with a few drops of lime juice.

Step 4

Add some lemon zest to the mayonnaise.

Step 5

In a pasta bowl, add the artichokes, cucumber and lamb’s lettuce.

Step 6

Season to taste.

Step 7

Serve the lime mayonnaise on the side.
