125 g of meat Tortellini
½ broccoli, shredded in small pieces
4 garlic shoots
40 g of walnuts
100 g of fresh baby spinach
Extra virgin olive oil
Cook the tortellini in abundant boiling water with a pinch of salt for 14 minutes, pour over some cold water and set aside.
In a pan cook the broccoli with a little bit of butter and oil and add the juice of half an orange so the broccoli cooks with the juice.
Add the sliced garlic shoots and let cook for 2 more minutes.
Peel an orange and cut the segments in half.
Add the tortellini with the orange and fresh spinach and sauté for 3 minutes.
Grate a little bit of parmesan cheese, season to taste and it is ready to serve!
