Ingredients

2 onions, chopped

1 garlic clove, chopped

2 medium carrots

½ red pepper

½ green pepper

2 celery sticks

½ leek, chopped

2 tomatoes, grated

400 g of Gallo noodles

1 l of water

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté the onion, leek, peppers and garlic in a pan with olive oil until tender.

Step 2

Add the celery, carrots and grated tomato.

Step 3

Add the stock and cook over a medium heat for 25 minutes.

Step 4

Add GALLO noodles and cook for 6 minutes.

Step 5

Season and serve.
